Originally from Usmajac, Jalisco, Israel Flores Cervantes found his passion for agriculture at an early age. Inspired by his cattle-ranching family and his first experiences working in cucumber crops, he decided to devote himself fully to farming, training as an agronomist and building more than 8 years of experience in the berry industry.

Today, as production manager at Alpine Fresh, he leads a team of five engineers, tackling challenges and meeting goals with a focus on collaboration and respect for nature.
